How to shop a LIVE sale..
1st you must register in comments.
Ex: Comment the word "Register" in comments
You will get a 1 time Instant Message to register for an account. (Make sure to turn on notifications, and enable messenger for tracking.
Invoices are sent automatically and instantly. As soon as you claim, it will be in your cart! (Via live sale shopping and on APP)
Unlike big box online shopping, when you put items in your cart with us– the system holds that item for you, so others cannot claim it.
Please only put item in your cart that you plan on purchasing, & or delete it out of your cart asap. Carts will expire after 1 hour.
Shipping:
Shipping is $7.00 for 1 item, $8.00 For 2 or more.
Free shipping for orders over $100.00.
Bonus! You get free shipping within 24hrs of your purchase if you pay shipping on your 1st order.
Packages get mailed out within 72hrs.
Usually on the next business day, but we are a family owned/operated business, so give us 48-72 hrs. 😍
If you are local, chose in-store pick up. No Shipping and you can say Hi!
Return policy:
While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out!
While there are No Refunds, if approved, we will issue a store credit as long as we are contacted within 7 days of purchase.
Must have tags on it and unworn.
No returns/credit on sale, markdowns, or any purchases with codes.
To initiate a return, please email info@christymacs.com. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well.
Returns may take up to two weeks to process.
Important note! Sale items, markdown items or any items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable.
